leroy and bill are a los angeles indietronica duo who met as strangers in 2023, at a time when their influences were ready to come together into something new. leroy grew up in carlsbad, california, shaped by the songcraft of the beatles, simon & garfunkel, and kanye west. bill was born in manila, where he sang in a baptist choir, and moved to brantford, ontario at 8. he found his voice in the vocals of brandy and beyoncé, and his ear for production in early 90s r&b and jack antonoff's pop records.

the duo pairs the folk, r&b, and gospel warmth of 60s and 70s laurel canyon with modern electronic production. leroy plays guitar and sings, and bill plays piano, sings, and produces. they share a love of the esoteric and otherworldly, which runs through their lyrics and visuals, and their crisp, cinematic harmonies will resonate with fans of frank ocean and the marías. their debut ep is in production for early 2027.
